Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings for your products.

General overview of reviews table

1. Author: Displays the name and email address of the reviewer. Identify the reviewer for follow-up or clarification if needed.
   
   

2. Comment: Shows the content of the review and the submission date. Under each review in the comment column, there are three actions available:
   
   

• Unapprove: Reverts the review to a pending status. This removes the review from public view for further moderation.
  
  

• Spam: Marks the review as spam. This moves the review to the Spam tab and hides it from public view.
  
  

• Trash: Moves the review to the trash. This removes the review from public view and moves it to the Trash tab for potential restoration or permanent deletion.
  
  

3. Link To: Provides a link to view the comment in detail. This link directs you to the specific product page where the review is posted, giving context to the review.
   
   

4. Rating: Displays the star rating given by the reviewer. This helps quickly gauge the review’s sentiment.

Bulk Actions 

1. Mark Pending: Change the status of multiple selected reviews to pending.
   
   

2. Mark Spam: Use this action to mark multiple selected reviews as spam.
   
   

3. Mark Trash: Use this action to move multiple selected reviews to the trash.
