Product: Managing, Creating & Publishing

Create, manage, and update your product listings, including details, pricing, images, and inventory levels.

Here, you can: 

1. View your full product catalogue. 
   
   
   
   Your products may all be in different catalogue statuses. Some may be online, in stock, pending review or out of stock
   
   
   
   

2. Filter products using dates, category and advanced search filters such as featured, top rated or best selling products.
   
   

3. Take bulk actions.
   
   
   
   Edit: Update product details for multiple products at once. This could include editing titles, descriptions, prices, categories, etc.

Delete Permanently: Remove selected products permanently from your catalog. Caution: This action cannot be undone.

Publish Products: Make a selection of unpublished products visible and available for purchase on the marketplace.

Adding New Products

All you have to do to add a new product is just click on the “Add new product” button. 

Clicking the button will take you to a new prompt where you can fill out the necessary product information.You may even choose to schedule the sale of a product from and to specific dates.

Now after you’ve sorted out the rudimentary product info, scroll down and you’ll find two options. One that says to “Create product” and another that says “Create & add new”. 

Clicking on the Create product button will take you to the “Edit Product” page where you’ll need to fill in more detailed information about the product.

If you click on the Create & add new button then you will not be taken to the “Edit product” page. You’ll simply get a new “Add new product” prompt and be able to keep adding products at bulk without having to edit the product details immediately.

• Title: Text field for the product name

• Permalink: Editable URL field

• Product Type: Dropdown menu (currently set to "Simple")

• Downloadable: Checkbox option

• Virtual: Checkbox option

• Price: Numeric input field

• Discounted Price: Numeric input field

• Table to add downloadable files (Name, File URL, Action)

• Download Limit: Numeric input

• Tax Status: Pick a suitable tax status from the dropdown menu 

• Tax Class: Pick a suitable tax class from the dropdown menu
  
  

7. Related Products
   
   

• Upsells: Add upsell products

• Cross-sells: Add cross-sell products
  
  

8. Custom Attributes
   
   

• Option to add and save custom product attributes
  
  

9. Additional Options
   
   

• Discount Options: Checkbox to enable bulk discount options.

• RMA Options: Checkbox to override default Return Merchandise Authorization settings.

  • Product Status: Dropdown menu to set the product status (e.g., Online, Draft).

  • Visibility: Dropdown menu to set the product visibility (e.g., Visible, Hidden).

  • Purchase Note: Text area to add a note that will be included in order emails.

  • Enable Product Reviews: Checkbox to allow customer reviews for the product.
    
    

10. Action Buttons
    
    

• View Product: Button to preview the product page.

• Save Product: Button to save all changes made to the product.

NOTE: Since DiziShore exclusively deals with digital products, sellers must activate the downloadable checkbox.

Once the downloadable checkbox is selected, the downloadable options will become visible.
