Access various reports and analytics related to sales, customer behavior, product performance, and more.

Overview

The first section you will see on the reports page is the overview section. The Overview section in the Reports area of the Vendor Dashboard provides a comprehensive summary of your sales performance, including gross and net sales, average daily sales, number of orders placed, items purchased, refunds issued, shipping charges, and coupon usage. 

This section will help you as a vendor quickly assess your sales metrics and track your overall performance through visual charts and detailed statistics.

Sales by Day

The Sales by day section in the Reports area of the Vendor Dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of daily sales performance. You can view metrics such as the number of items sold, the number of orders, average gross and more. 

This section features a customizable date range and a graphical representation of daily sales trends, enabling vendors to track their sales performance over specific periods and identify patterns or spikes in their sales activity.

Additional Sections

• Top Selling: The Top Selling section highlights your best-performing products based on the number of sales. You can filter the data to within a specific date range as well.
  
  

• Top Earning: The Top Earning Products section shows your best-selling products for a chosen period. This would allow vendors to see which products are generating the most revenue and which ones might need more promotion.
  
  
  
  
  

• Statement: The Statements section provides a record of all financial transactions impacting your vendor account balance. This includes debits and credits, with details like transaction date, ID, type, and amount. This information helps you reconcile your earnings and understand how your account balance is calculated.
