Coupons

Create and manage coupon codes or discount offers for your products.

There are two types of coupons you’ll see in this section “My Coupons” and “Marketplace Coupons”. Under the “My Coupons” section you’ll find the coupons that you’ve added to a certain product or category. 

Under the “Marketplace Coupons” section you’ll see all the coupons added by DiziShore. The marketplace coupons are controlled by DiziShore and are applied across all products. You as a vendor will have no control over this.  

Add new Coupons

To add your own unique coupons just click on the “Add new Coupon” button on the top right.

Clicking the button will take you to a coupon configuration form where you’ll need to fill out the information listed below:

1. Coupon Title*: Enter a name for your coupon (required).

2. Description: Provide details about the coupon offer.

3. Discount Type: Select "Percentage discount" or “Fixed Product Discount” from the dropdown (other options may be available).

4. Amount*: Specify the discount amount (required).

5. Email Restrictions: Limit coupon usage to specific email addresses.

6. Usage Limit: Set a maximum number of times the coupon can be used.

7. Usage limit per user: Restrict how many times each customer can use the coupon.

8. Expire Date: Set an expiration date for the coupon.

9. Exclude Sale Items: Check this box to prevent the coupon from applying to items already on sale.

10. Minimum Amount: Set a minimum purchase amount required to use the coupon.

11. Product: Search and select specific products the coupon applies to.

12. Categories: Choose product categories the coupon is valid for.

13. Apply for New Products: Check this box to automatically apply the coupon to future products.

14. Exclude products: Search and select products to exclude from the coupon.

15. Categories Exclude: Specify categories to exclude from the coupon.

16. Show on store: Check this box to display the coupon on your store page.

17. Allow free shipping: Enable this if the coupon provides free shipping (requires appropriate shipping settings).

After configuring the coupon, click the "Create Coupon" button to add it to your store.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Note: Only users of the Professional and Enterprise packages have access to the “Add new Coupon” feature

Marketplace coupons

Here you can check out all the marketplace coupons and their statuses with available information such as

• Coupon Code: The unique code customers use to redeem the discount 

• Coupon type: The type of discount offered (e.g., Fixed cart discount, Percentage discount etc).

• Coupon amount: The amount of the discount 

• Amount Deduct From: This indicates whether the discount applies to the "Default" amount or a custom amount.

• Product IDs: This shows which product IDs the coupon applies to (if applicable).

• Usage/Limit: This shows how many times the coupon has been used, and potentially a limit on how many times it can be used in total.

• Expiry date: The date the coupon expires.
