How to Submit Product Reviews and Ratings

Customer reviews and ratings are an essential part of the DiziShore experience, providing valuable feedback and insights to help other buyers make informed decisions. 

This section covers how to write product reviews, understand the rating system, and report any inappropriate or misleading reviews.

How to Write and Submit Product Reviews

After purchasing and using a digital product from DiziShore, you'll have the opportunity to leave a review and rating for that product. To write a review, follow these steps:

• Log in to your DiziShore account and navigate to your order history.

• Locate the order containing the product you want to review.

• Click on the product to reach the full product listing page.

• Below the description section, you’ll find the review section.

• This section contains reviews from other users.

• Below you’ll find a comment box where you can rate the product from 1-5 stars and leave a written review.

• Then you can submit the review

Don't forget to click on the Submit button to submit your review. Otherwise your review won't be submitted. 

When writing your review, aim to be honest, detailed, and constructive. 

Highlight both the strengths and weaknesses of the product, and provide specific examples or scenarios to support your feedback.
