Creating & Managing Buyer Account
To access all the features and benefits our site offers, we recommend creating an account. Here's how you can do it:
To register or log in, click on the dashboard icon button at the top-right corner of the website.
This will take you to the login screen. Just click on the “Create Your Account” button at the bottom of the login form.
This will take you to the registration form.
If you’re a new user, please fill out the registration form with your personal details, such as email address, password, whether you’re a vendor or a customer. Then, hit “Register”.
You may even choose to register directy using your Facebook or Google accounts.
We recommend using a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Creating a DiziShore Account Using Google
You can also choose to register using your Google account.
- On the registration page, click the Google icon.
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Allow DiziShore to access your Google account information.
- Review and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click on “Continue” and your account will be automatically created, and you'll be logged in to the dashboard.
Creating a DiziShore Account Using Facebook
You can also choose to register using your Facebook account-
- On the registration page, click the Facebook icon.
- Sign in to your Facebook account.
- Allow DiziShore to access your Facebook account information.
- Review and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Click on “Continue” and your account will be automatically created, and you'll be logged in to the dashboard.
Registration Success Email
After successful registration, you’ll receive a welcome email from the DiziShore team.
Logging In to Your DiziShore Account
If you already have an account, to log in simply fill in your username or email and password in the log-in form.
If you’ve already previously registered using your Google or Facebook account just click on the platform icon and you’ll be logged in to your dashboard.
Password Reset
In case you forget your login password, you can reset it. Just click on “Lost your password” link on the login screen.
Next you’ll need to provide your username or email.
DiziShore will send you a password reset email.
Managing Your Account
Once logged in, you can access various information such as your downloads, payment methods, vendors you’ve followed, account details and more.
- Orders: View your order history, track shipments, and manage returns or cancellations.
- Downloads: Access digital products or files you've purchased for download.
- Address: Update your addresses for future orders.
- Payment Methods: Add, edit, or remove payment methods like credit cards or digital wallets.
- Returns & Refunds: Initiate and track return or refund requests.
- Account Details: Update your personal information, such as name, email, and password.
- Followed Vendors: View and manage the list of vendors you're following on the site.
- Support Tickets: Submit, view, and respond to customer support tickets.
- Inbox: Receive and read messages from vendors or the site's administration.
- Compare: Manage your list of products you've marked for comparison.
- Wishlist: Save products you're interested in for future reference or purchase.
- Logout: Securely log out of your account when you're done shopping.
The user dashboard provides a centralized location to control various account settings, preferences, and activities. We recommend exploring and familiarizing yourself with the different sections to make the most of your shopping experience on our platform.
If you find yourself lost at any point, just scroll to the top of the page, click on the “Profile” icon to the right beside your wishlist and shopping cart, and then click on “Dashboard” from the drop-down menu options.
You wil be navigated back to your dashboard where you can start over.
Also if you find yourself lost in the dashboard itself just click on the “Dashboard” button at the top of the page and you’ll be immediately taken to the dashboard home page.
From there you can view your recent orders, manage your billing address, and edit your password and account details.
Becoming a Vendor
As a buyer, you also have the option of becoming a vendor. In your dashboard home page just click on the “Become a vendor” button under the Become a Vendor section.
After clicking the button you’ll be taken to a separate registration form intended for vendors.
Fill it up with the necessary information such as your first and last names, your shop name and URL, your phone number, the subscription pack you want to use, other important information such as company ID/EUID Number, VAT/TAX Number.
Then review and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
That’s it! Now you’re a vendor!
If you scroll up to the top and click on the profile button you’ll see the “Vendor Dashboard” option has been added to the drop down menu. From here you can switch back and form between your Buyer and Vendor dashboards.
