Our Return and Warranty Request module enables vendors to offer customized return and refund facilities for digital products. This policy outlines the steps and conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Digital products on DiziShore are eligible for returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product does not match the description provided on the product page.

  • The product is defective or does not function as intended.

  • The customer requests a refund within the specified refund period after purchase (typically within 14 days).

Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Your Account:

    • Ensure you are logged into your DiziShore account.

  2. Navigate to Your Orders:

    • Go to your account dashboard and find the section for your orders or purchase history.

  3. Select the Order:

    • Locate the specific order for which you want to request a refund on the orders table.

  4. Initiate a Refund Request:

    • Click on the option labeled "Request Warranty" to start the refund process.

    • Select if you want the product to be replaced, a refund or refund as store credit.

    • Select a reason for your refund request from the predefined list provided by the vendor.

    • After selecting the reason and refund type, you can provide additional information if you want before submitting your request.

    • You can track the status of your refund request through your account dashboard under the "Return & Refunds" section.

4. Processing Time

The time it takes to process a refund request can vary. Below are general timelines:

  • Initial Response: 1-3 business days.

  • Processing the Refund: 3-14 business days.

  • Payment Method Deposition: 5-10 business days for credit cards, quicker for store credit or digital wallets.

Please note that the exact time may vary based on the vendor’s policies and the payment method used.

After your refund has been processed you’ll receive the refund through these payment methods: 


  • Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe)

  • PayPal

    • Ensure that your order status is eligible for refunds as per the admin’s configuration (e.g., completed, on hold, etc.).

  • Refund Policies:
