After completing your purchase on DiziShore, you can easily manage and track your orders through your buyer account dashboard. This section covers the key order management features available.

How to View Your Order History

Log in to your DiziShore account and navigate to your dashboard's "Orders" section. Here, you'll find a complete list of all the orders you've placed on the platform, including both past and current orders.

Each order listing typically includes the following details:


  • Order Number & Date

  • Product Names and Quantities

  • Status

  • Total Order Amount

  • Actions

You can click on “View” under the “Actions” column to get access to more comprehensive order details such as the product descriptions, your delivery preferences, and any applicable coupon codes or discounts.


For digital product orders, the order status will reflect the various stages of the delivery process, such as:


  • Pending Payment: Order received, awaiting payment confirmation.

  • Processing: Your order has been received and is being prepared for delivery.

  • On hold: Order temporarily delayed due to potential issues (contact support for details).

  • Completed: The order has been successfully delivered, and no further action is required.

  • Cancelled: Order was withdrawn before completion (by you or DiziShore).

  • Refunded: Order cancelled and full or partial payment returned.

  • Failed: Order encountered an error during processing and couldn't be delivered (contact support for assistance).


Since DiziShore deals exclusively with digital products, there are no physical shipments to track. However, you can monitor the order status to ensure your purchased items are delivered promptly.

Canceling or Modifying Orders

DiziShore's policies regarding order cancellations or modifications will depending on the vendor and the type of digital product purchased. In general, customers are unable to update or change the order status. Only if the Admin enables order status changes for vendors/sellers can they gain access to update them. 


To request a cancellation or modification, contact the vendor or DiziShore's customer support for assistance.


It's essential to review the vendor's policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and modifications before making a purchase, as these can vary between different vendors and product types on the platform.


By utilizing the order management features in your DiziShore account, you can stay informed about your purchases, track the delivery status of your digital products, and take appropriate actions if needed, such as canceling or modifying orders when permitted.
