What are Vendors/Sellers on the Site?

Vendors, also known as sellers, are individuals or businesses that create and offer digital products for sale on DiziShore. They handle the product creation, pricing, and delivery of the digital files or access codes to customers.

Viewing Product Listings and Vendor Profiles

When you click on a product you will first be taken to the products full listing page. Here, you’ll be able to see all the information you need to make an informed purchase decision. Here’s a short focused guide to help you navigate the product listing page as a buyer:

1. Product Title and Price

At the top of the page, you’ll find:

• Product Title: Clearly states the name of the product.

• Price: Displays the current price, including any discounts or special offers next to the original price.

• Discounts: If a discount is applied to the product by the vendor, the discounted price will be reflected here.

3. Product Description

The main section includes tabs such as:

• Description: Detailed information and specifications about the product.

• Reviews: Customer reviews and ratings providing insights and experiences from other buyers.

• Vendor Info: Information about the vendor including their rating and other products they offer.

• Product Enquiry: Form to contact the seller directly with any questions about the product.

• Related Products: Suggestions for other products similar to the one you’re viewing.

• Recently Viewed: A list of products you have recently viewed for quick access.

4. Purchase Options $ Seller Information

To the right of the product description, you’ll find:

• Quantity Selector: Allows you to select the number of items you wish to purchase.

• Seller Name: The name of the vendor offering the product.

• Contact Vendor: Button to contact the seller directly for any inquiries.

• Add to Cart: Button to add the product to your shopping cart for later checkout.

• Buy Now: Instantly get to the purchase page in one click.

• Wishlist: Save products for later purchase consideration.

• Compare Products: Add products to a comparison list.

• Report: Flag a product listing for review (e.g., incorrect info, offensive content).

4. Compare Products

 Briefly mentioned in the previous section, one of the most interesting features on this page is the comparison feature. It lets you add products to a compare list. Then just to go your dashboard, scroll down to find “Compare” and there you’ll be able to compare the products you added based on factors such as rating, price, availability etc.

5. Related and Recommended Products

Below the reviews, you’ll find:

• Related Products: Other items related to the one you’re viewing.

• Top Selling Products: Best-selling products from the same vendor.

• Recently Viewed: Items you have recently looked at, for easy navigation back to them.

Vendor Information 

Each product listing on DiziShore displays the name of the vendor offering that particular item. Clicking on the vendor's name will take you to their profile page, which provides the following information:

• About the Vendor: A brief description or introduction to the vendor, their expertise, and the types of products they offer. You can choose the share the vendor profile on social media, contact the vendor and even follow them to stay updated on their product releases.
  
  

• Product Catalog: A complete list of all the digital products currently available from that vendor. You can sort through the catalog using the default sort or directly search by product name.
  
  

• Ratings and Reviews: An overall rating based on customer feedback, along with individual reviews from previous buyers. Users must be logged in to review the product.
