RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Settings

The RMA section under the Settings tab allows affiliates to configure return and warranty settings for their products. Here is a detailed breakdown of the settings available in this section of vendor dashboard:

Setting Up

RMAForm

Label

  • Label: Set a label for the return or warranty policy. The label will be displayed to customers as the name of the policy (e.g., "Warranty," "Return Policy").

Type

  • Type: Select the type of warranty or return policy from the dropdown menu. The available options include "Warranty as Addon," "No Warranty”.

Refund Reasons

  • Refund Reasons: Check the applicable reasons for which a refund can be requested. The options include:

    • Product doesn't match the description: Select this option if customers can request a refund when the product received does not match the description provided.

    • Product was never delivered: Select this option if customers can request a refund if the product was not delivered.

RMA Policy

  • RMA Policy: Provide detailed information about your return and warranty policy. You can use the text editor to format the text, add links, and include any other relevant information. This policy will inform customers about the conditions and procedures for returns and warranties.

Save Changes

  • Save Changes Button: Click this button to save all changes made to your RMA settings.


NOTE: Remember that these are global RMA settings. You can override these settings directly from the products page. Just pick the product and hit “Edit”. The scroll down to find the RMA Options.
