Staff
In this section of your DiziShore vendor dashboard, you can add your staff information to your store.
Here you’ll find the staff table which will hold staff data:
Name: The full name of staff
Email: The email they use
Phone: Their phone number
Registered Date: The date on which they registered as a staff to your store
To add new staff just click the “Add new staff” button on the top right of the table:
And fill in the following information
Managing Staff Permissions
To manage staff permissions just locate the staff you want to adjust permissions for from the staff list and click on “Manage Permissions”.
Here are all the permissions you can configure:
Overview:
View sales overview: Allows the staff member to view the overall sales performance and metrics.
View sales report chart: Grants access to view the sales report in a chart format.
View announcement: Enables the staff member to view any announcements or updates related to the store.
View order report: Provides the ability to view the order history and details.
View review report: Allows the staff member to access and view customer reviews.
View product status report: Grants the permission to check the status and availability of products.
Report:
View overview report: Allows the staff member to access and view the overall sales and performance reports for the store.
View daily sales report: Grants the ability to view the daily sales figures and trends.
View top selling report: Enables the staff member to see which products are the top sellers.
View top earning report: Provides access to the report showing the highest-earning products or categories.
View statement report: Allows the staff member to view the financial statements and summaries.
Order:
View order: Enables the staff member to view the details of placed orders.
Manage order: Gives the ability to manage and process orders, such as fulfilling, updating, or canceling them.
Manage order note: Allows the staff member to add or edit notes related to orders.
Manage refund: Grants the permission to process customer refunds.
Export order: Provides the permission to export order data for further analysis or record-keeping.
Coupon:
Add coupon: Allows the staff member to create new promotional coupons.
Edit coupon: Enables the staff member to make changes to existing coupons.
Delete coupon: Gives the permission to remove coupons from the store.
Review:
View reviews: Grants access to view the customer reviews left on the store.
Manage reviews: Allows the staff member to moderate and manage customer reviews.
Product:
Add product: Allows the staff member to create new products in the store.
Edit product: Enables the staff member to make changes to existing product information.
Delete product: Gives the permission to remove products from the store.
View product: Grants access to view the details and information of any product.
Duplicate product: Allows the staff member to create a copy of an existing product.
Import product: Enables the staff member to import product data from external sources.
Export product: Provides the ability to export product data for backup or sharing purposes.
Menu:
View overview menu: Grants access to the main overview section of the store's menu.
View product menu: Allows the staff member to access and navigate the product-related menu options.
View order menu: Enables the staff member to view and interact with the order-related menu items.
View coupon menu: Provides access to the coupon-related menu sections.
View report menu: Grants the ability to view the report-related menu options.
View review menu: Allows the staff member to access the review-related menu sections.
View withdraw menu: Enables the staff member to view the withdraw-related menu items.
View store settings menu: Provides the ability to view and manage the store's general settings.
View payment settings menu: Grants access to the store's payment-related settings.
View shipping settings menu: Allows the staff member to access and configure the store's shipping settings.
View social settings menu: Enables the staff member to view and modify the store's social media integration settings.
View seo settings menu: Grants access to the store's SEO-related settings and configurations.
View tools menu: Provides access to the store's administrative tools and utilities.
View verification settings menu: Allows the staff member to view and manage the store's verification settings.
Store Support:
Manage support ticket: Gives the staff member the permission to manage and respond to customer support inquiries and tickets.
