Introduction
Our social media policy sets out our terms for the use of DiziShore’s social media community.
We have created some terms and conditions (the Rules) which set out the terms for the use of the DiziShore’s social media community, which currently spans comments on DiziShore.com and its related social media pages and networks.
Please read the following Rules carefully, as they provide information about using the Community in a way that is respectful and lawful. By using or submitting material to the Community, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to abide by, these.
Rules
The terms, conditions, and policies that apply to specific social networks, such as Facebook or Twitter, also apply to the DiziShore.com profiles that are hosted on those platforms. We recommend that you read those terms and conditions before participating in the Community, and we disclaim any liability associated with your use of those services or your failure to read or comply with their terms, conditions, and policies. When there is a clash between these, the rules, terms, and conditions of the relevant social media channels will prevail.
Moderation of the Community
We strive to create a dialogue with users of our Community and encourage you to share content via the Community in accordance with these Rules (Contribution). To help us do that, we try to monitor the Community during normal UK business hours (9 am-5 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We will try to check that all submissions to the Community comply with our acceptable standards described below (Acceptable Use Standards) as soon as reasonably practicable after publication.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any Contribution and to terminate, suspend, or modify the terms of a person's access to the Community without prior notice if we believe they are using the Community in a manner that violates these Rules.
We also reserve the right to bring legal proceedings against any individual for a breach of the rules, or take such other action as we reasonably deem appropriate.
We now fully disclaim any responsibility for any loss or harm resulting from any person's usage of the Community in violation of these Rules. Although we try to regulate the Community, we cannot be held liable for any content uploaded by third parties and we reserve the right to discontinue or suspend our moderation efforts at any time.
