Terms and Conditions for Coupons Use

1.    Instructions on how to use Coupons issued by ‘DiziShore’ are provided in these Terms & Conditions. By taking part, claimants’ give consent for being bound by these Terms and Conditions. For a coupon to be valid, claimants need to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. 

2.    This Terms and Conditions on the usage of coupons applies to all using the coupon on the website of ‘DiziShore’.

3.    Each claimant is eligible for a single coupon per lodging establishment. Coupons are non-transferable and non-refundable in cash, and they cannot be used with any other coupons, discounts, or promotions offered by ‘DiziShore’. 

4.    Each voucher is distinguished by a code and comes with a unique set of benefits. The claimant can choose the reward they want while remaining bound by the coupon redemption terms.

5.    Coupons can be used on the ‘DiziShore’ website, as well as the websites for which it is marketed, and are valid for use with any payment methods listed on the Dizishore.com website. 

6.    To redeem the coupon code, the claimant enters it in the promotional box valid for coupons on DiziShore's websites, and the applicable discount is subtracted automatically from the final price of the qualifying purchase. The claimant's purchase will not be qualified for the discount if the coupon code is not entered correctly at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be claimed after a claimant's purchase has been confirmed on DiziShore's website.

7.    Each coupon is only good for a limited period and will expire on the date mentioned on the coupon or the coupon letter/email/message sent by the DiziShore.com to the claimant.

8.    If the claimant losses its coupon, then there is no way to redeem it or in case of loss of coupon, copy of coupon will not be issued. 

9.    A discount can't be used on orders or downloads that have already been placed with DiziShore.com. 

10.    If a coupon is utilised and the claimant later cancels the entire order or subscription (in line with the cancellation policy), the coupon is no longer valid. 

11.    The coupon may or may not be valid at all times of the year. There may be times when the coupon is not valid.

12.    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, ‘DiziShore’ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury received or sustained (even if caused by negligence) because of accepting and/or using the coupon. 

13.    ‘DiziShore’ assumes no responsibility for email or other messages that are lost, delayed, or misdirected. ‘DiziShore’ assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim, for inaccurate information, for any loss, damage, injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such issues emerge, ‘DiziShore’ reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate, or suspend the coupon.

14.   These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. In case of any legal dispute the jurisdiction of litigation will be of United Kingdom.

15.    DiziShore.com maintains the right to end a coupon programme at any moment.
