It is effective as of 08/08/2022. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Terms, then you may not use this website, but please let us know by contacting us through the procedure mentioned on our website so we can try to find a solution. The terms mentioned in this Agreement applies to all including but not limited to visitors, users, vendors and others who wish to access or use this website.

Every product has a cost associated with it, and each one has a price.


●    "Website" refers to DiziShore.com accessible from https://dizishore.com/


●    "Company" refers to Rize Capital Ltd


●    "Account" means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Services.


●    "Cookies" are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.


In accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom, any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. 


About ‘DiziShore’


The user is provided with the option to download and or upload the products/service/info from this website. ‘DiziShore’ allows third-party merchants/vendors to sell digital products on this website. Our role does not include either buying or selling these products but is a portal/platform for buyers to find the right digital products of their interest and purchase them as well as the sellers to list their products for selling. The seller is solely responsible for the products and any buyer claims or issues that arise from the selling of their products.


‘DiziShore’ does not possess or own the items sold on its website. It is only involved as a platform for the transaction between the buyers and the sellers and has a say in the pricing of the products. Neither does it control or provide any guarantee pertaining to the existence, quality, safety or legality of the items sold by the merchants on its website. ‘DiziShore’ can also assist in cases where disputes arising due to faulty, misleading or any deceptive products sold on website. 


Authorised use


The User consents to use ‘DiziShore’ and its services in good faith and in accordance with the policies of ‘DiziShore’. In particular and without limitation, Users undertake that any access or downloads of any content available on this website will always be the result of  genuine legitimate interest of the User and acknowledges that any method which artificially increases the number of downloads, accesses or claw licks over such content is strictly prohibited under the policies of the DiziShore.com (including, without limitation, the generation of downloads, accesses or clicks over such content through any robots, spiders or any other mechanism, mobile application, program or tool). If the User attempts to carry out any prohibited action, the Company can terminate the User's account and the User will be required to reimburse the Company for all losses incurred as a result of the User's breach of this promise, without the right to receive a refund of any fees paid.


The User agrees not to use the Services negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an any unlawful or in appropriate manner. Likewise, the User agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interest, or rights of this Website or third parties. 


The User will not interfere with the functioning of this website or its services, in particular, he/she/it will not impersonate another user or person. The User agrees not to carry out any action that may damage, make unavailable, overload, deteriorate or impede the normal use of this website or the services, which may impact the security of this website or the services, or which may in any way interfere with the services offered by the Website. The use of robots, spiders or any other mechanism, mobile application, program or tool to access, copy or control any part of this website or the services in any way which is contrary to the ordinary use of this website or which infringes the Company’s interests (without its prior express authorisation) is strictly prohibited. The User shall be responsible for any costs required for the products they purchase and for ensuring they meet the User’s needs and that he/she meets all requirements and has all the equipment and software necessary for this purpose. 


The rights granted to the User under this Agreement are personal and shall not be assigned to any third party (including affiliates or entities part of the same group of companies) totally or partially, by any means, without the prior, express and written consent from the Company. 


This website can publish advertising either related or not to the contents displayed or the services, which is expressly accepted by the user. 


Registration & Passwords 


‘DiziShore’ reserves the right to demand from the users to first register with the website in order to access certain services on the website. The registration process involves users having to complete an online registration process. It might also require the User to be subscribed with a third-party provider (e.g. a social network). The user must abide by the terms and conditions of such a third-party provider.

 

The User will provide accurate information during the registration process. It must be accurate, updated, and complete. The User guarantees the authenticity of all data they provide when filing the forms.

  

The User must treat their password and account information as confidential. The user must not disclose it to any third party. Assigned passwords are personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You are responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. 


Whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. 

  

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorisation. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene. 

  

‘DiziShore’ reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, edit content, and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion. 


Storage and content offer for collaborators


‘DiziShore’ limits itself to solely hosting the merchant accounts and products; therefore, it has no obligation to edit, select, check, or control the standard and/or quality of products. ‘DiziShore’ also does not provide any guarantee pertaining to the existence, quality, safety or legality of the products or content of the merchants. The merchant is solely and exclusively responsible for their content on this website and products stored in the space provided, that which is accessed by the Users. 


‘DiziShore’ does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness, or existence of the content, data, programs, information, or opinions included on this website. This includes those expressed or entered in user forums or opinions. Users may report presumed abuses or inappropriate uses of this website to allow ‘DiziShore’ to review it.


Liability and Use of Content 


The Company, the ‘DiziShore’, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney fees, related costs, litigation and arbitration costs, trial costs, or appeals costs, unless specifically prohibited by law. This is irrespective of whether litigation or arbitration is instituted. A claim for personal injury or property damage resulting from this Agreement as well as any violations of federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations by you may also fall under this category. This will stand true to the spirit even if even if the company has been priorly advised of the possibility of such damage.


If there is liability found on the part of the company, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products. Under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. 


In relation to the content and programs available for free download, DiziShore limits itself to offering an intermediary service by providing platform and search content while not assuming liability for said content beyond the cases expressly provided for in the aforementioned law; that is.  


The products and content on ‘DiziShore’ are created by their respective Vendors or merchants. This website is not directly affiliated with them. All the brands, trademarks, products and company names or logos mentioned here are property of their respective owners. This website offers products as sold by the merchants/vendors and does not alter or modify them in any way. 

 

The User is exclusively liable for any consequences, damages, or actions that may arise from accessing, playing, or disseminating said content.
