Add products to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. Once you're ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon, review your items, and proceed to the checkout page to complete your purchase by entering your payment and shipping details.

3. How can I track my order status? 

To track your order status, log in to your DiziShore account and navigate to the "Orders" section on your dashboard. Here, you can view the status of all your orders and track their progress.

4. What payment methods are accepted on DiziShore? 

DiziShore accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways.

5. How do I apply discount codes or coupons? 

During the checkout process, you will find a field to enter discount codes or coupons on the cart page as well as the checkout page. Apply the code before completing your payment to avail the discount.

6. What should I do if I encounter issues with my order? 

If you encounter any issues with your order, you can:

  • Click on the contact us button through the help widget on the bottom left on the website.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on “Support” under the “Help & Support” and submit a ticket.

7. How do I update my personal information? 

To update your personal information, log in to your DiziShore account and go to the "Accounts Settings" section. Here, you can edit your personal details, address, and other relevant information.

8. What is the process for resolving disputes with sellers?

If you have a dispute with a seller, first try to resolve it by contacting the seller directly through the DiziShore ticket system. Just go to any product page of the seller in question and click on the “Contact Seller” button at the top right of the product listing. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate it to DiziShore customer support for further assistance.

Creating a buyer account on DiziShore allows you to purchase a digital product across 20+ categories and numerous subcategories, track orders, leave reviews, receive personalized recommendations, access exclusive offers, and manage your purchases more effectively.

11. How do I view and download my purchase invoices? 

To view and download your purchase invoices, go to the "Orders" section on your dashboard. Find the order for which you need the invoice on the orders table, and click on the “view” option under the actions column. There is no active feature to download the invoice. However, you can take a screenshot and use it for your purposes.
