Introduction
In case of any inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, and false information found on profile of a member, product in store of a vendor etc, it can be directly reported to DiziShore.com. This policy applies to all including but not limited to users, members and Vendors of ‘DiziShore’.
Reporting Method
To report profiles with inaccurate and inappropriate information, you can file a formal complaint on the website of ‘DiziShore’. You’ll be asked to provide the following information:
a) Link to the inaccurate account or content.
b) State the inaccurate information.
c) Explanation of how you know this account or other information is inaccurate or false.
d) Your digital signature.
e) You can also report a product listed in a store from the available option to report directly from product page.
After you've provided the required information, it will be sent to our concerned team for review. It is advised to save a copy of acknowledgement for future reference.
If you believe a claim about your content was submitted in error or if you want to contest the removal of the allegedly infringing, inaccurate, or unlawful content, you may submit a Counter Notice. Any assertions made by you in submitting a Counter Notice are under penalty of perjury.

Instructions
The complaint submitted shall be used to report inaccurate information including but not limited to reporting fake profiles or impersonation issues or about a product listed. ‘DiziShore’ relies on the integrity of its members in providing true and accurate information in their accounts and doesn’t control or vet user-generated content for accuracy.
Submitting a Notice will not necessarily result in the removal of the account or information.
‘DiziShore’ will investigate your claim using the Notice, including your contact information. We will notify the alleged infringer that the content will be removed within 21 business days unless a valid Counter-Notice is received from the infringer. We will notify you if a valid Counter-Notice is submitted from an infringer. Because we take your claim seriously, it may take some time to process your request. Please be aware that, while our claim process is intended to assist you to the best of our ability, ‘DiziShore’ is unable to resolve legal disputes between third parties.
If you feel that a profile may be fake or that it is inappropriate, you can report it. A profile may be fake if it appears empty or if it contains profanity, fake names, or impersonates public figures.
Reporting Abuse
‘DiziShore’ has a zero-tolerance approach towards abusive, offensive and inappropriate content/files. To report abuse in relation to content or files, you can report it directly from the product page in a vendor store or please contact us through our contact methods available on the website of ‘DiziShore’ with a clear description of the issue at hand.
