Introduction


‘DiziShore’ provides a fair marketplace exclusively for digital products. Both buyers and sellers can take advantage of this platform by registering themselves on the website of ‘DiziShore’ and further by adhering to the rules mentioned in our policies & terms & conditions. These rules & regulations are for the safety and security of the buyers and sellers. 


General rules for products


●    It is the responsibility of the Vendor to conduct research to ensure the products they list on their account comply with all the applicable laws.

●    The products listed should not cause harm to the buyer in any way.

●    The Vendor must mention the file size (if applicable) of the products they are selling using units like MB or GB etc.

●    All buyer inquiries need to be dealt promptly. Avoid using bad language or swear words or any disrespectful verbiage in your conversation. 

●    The products you deliver need to match the description of the product being sold.

●    Each product listed needs to have an informative description that helps the buyer decide whether the product is useful to them. The vendor should mention specifications of the type of system required to run the application. (Minimum specifications). Include an accurate description along with images and videos if applicable.

●    The vendor must provide delivery information. This will typically include the method in which product download will be provided.

●  Vendor’s listing children’s products need to be aware that such products need to meet the mandatory standards (https://www.bsigroup.com/en-GB/).


Restricted Products


The vendor needs to take appropriate measures to prevent intellectual property infringement. There are strict restrictions on the type of products you can sell on the website of ‘DiziShore’. 


Here is a guide to what constitutes a restricted product. ‘DiziShore’ has the right to remove any product that it finds inappropriate at any time:


●    Pornographic photos & videos

●    Unauthorised software keys

●    Unauthorised digital copy of movies or music

●    Sample or trial products

●    Mailing lists of personal data

●    Online accounts like that of X-Box, Steam, Epic, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.

●    Unauthorized service contracts or warranties

●    Fake or unauthorised coupons 

●    Military Software

●    Pirated, copied, duplicated software

●    Beta, pre-release software

●    Unauthorised freeware and shareware

●    Stolen digital copies


Misleading product


It is illegal to mislead the buyer about a product in any way. This can be via a fake advertisement. It can also be pertaining to the standard, quality, testimonial, etc. Read our Misleading Product Policy for more information.


Payment Policy


‘Dizishore’ has a strict Payment Processing Policy that all sellers need to adhere to.


Returns & Refunds Policies


As per the "Sales of Goods Act 1979" (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1979/54) the items sold by a business seller to a non-business consumer need to  be:


●    of satisfactory quality

●    as per the description

●    fit for purpose


In the case where the item sold does not match these criteria, the buyer has a right to request a refund within 15 days.
