SCOPE
This policy establishes a code of conduct for current and potential ‘DiziShore’ Suppliers.
INTENT
‘DiziShore’ is dedicated to operating in a morally upright, legally correct, and socially responsible manner. This Code of Conduct was created by ‘DiziShore’ because it wants its Suppliers to share this commitment. Suppliers who want to work with ‘DiziShore’ must adhere to the following minimal standards.
GENERAL RULES
‘DiziShore’ Suppliers (including temporary labour agencies) must comply with all applicable laws, codes or regulations of the countries, states and localities in which they operate. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations relating to environmental, occupational health and safety, and labour practices.
Social Responsibility Standards
Overview:
Industry codes of behaviour, International Labour Organisation conventions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights all provide our Social Responsibility Standards. Hence ‘DiziShore’ demand that all Suppliers to ensure that working conditions in their operations and supply chains are safe, that all workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that operations are ecologically conscious and ethically performed.
Labour & Human Rights:
The human rights of a worker must be respected, and Suppliers must treat them with decency and integrity in accordance with the international human rights law. This applies to all workers, including direct employees as well as temporary, migrant, student, and juvenile contract and dispatch workers.
No Abuse:
All applicable regulations regarding no abuse shall be followed by the Suppliers and Vendors, and Users. Vendor and Supplier will not subject users to any harsh or inhumane treatment, such as sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse and the same is expeted from the users while dealing with the Vendors and Suppliers. These criteria disciplinary rules and procedures must be properly established and presented to users.
Ethics Requirements
Business Integrity:
In all commercial dealings, the supplier will maintain the highest level of integrity. All transactions will be conducted in a transparent manner and accurately represented in the supplier's books and records. Suppliers will have a zero-tolerance policy against bribery (including promising, offering, providing, or receiving bribes), corruption, extortion, fraud, and embezzlement and will adopt monitoring and enforcement measures to ensure compliance with anti-corruption regulations. Supplier will maintain proper business etiquette when conducting business on behalf of us or with our employees and will not engage in any of the actions specified that constitutes as “Abuse" or "Discrimination".
Conflicts of interests:
Conflicts of interest, real or apparent, are not permitted at ‘DiziShore’. Any employee of ‘DiziShore’ whose spouse, domestic partner, relative, or other family member works for the company or has a significant financial interest in it is not permitted to communicate directly with Suppliers.
Intellectual property & confidential information:
Intellectual-property rights will be respected by the supplier. Under the applicable agreements between ‘Dizishore’ and the supplier; Supplier will transfer technology and know-how in a way that preserves intellectual property rights and complies with the strictest information security requirements. Suppliers will handle customer information in accordance with the most stringent information-protection procedures set forth in the supplier agreements.
Disclosure Of Information
When giving details regarding its operations, organisational structure, financial standing, and performance, Suppliers will abide by all applicable laws and industry standards. Data fabrication and false representation of supply chain conditions or practises are forbidden.
Business Ethics, Advertising, and Competition
Suppliers will follow all applicable laws and industry and regulatory fair business, advertising, and competition norms.
Reporting Questionable Conduct
Any violations of the “Supplier Code of Conduct”, as well as other dubious behaviour, should be reported by the supplier and its personnel to ‘DiziShore’ immediately.
Whistleblower Protection
Employees will have access to an anonymous complaint system through which they can report potential violations of this Code and the Supplier's own Code of Conduct. Whistleblower’s confidentiality shall be protected and retaliation will be avoided in every possible manner.
Supplier Quality
Supply chain openness is critical in our approach to human rights due diligence and labour protections.
Supplier Assessments
Supplier will assess its own operations, as well as those of its subsidiaries, affiliates, and subcontractors, on a regular basis to ensure compliance with this Code. Supplier agrees to allow ‘DiziShore’ policies agent to inspect any operations that provide goods or services for ‘DiziShore’ or for the benefit of ‘DiziShore’. Supplier will commit to correcting any deficiencies discovered via an assessment, inspection, or other evaluation in a timely manner.
We go thorough supplier due diligence as part of this programme, prioritising measures that promote continual development. We're committed to working with our Suppliers to resolve problems and set up processes to prevent any such problems or issues in the future. Our Suppliers must consistently monitor and enforce our standards in their own operations and supply chains, as well as make improvements to meet or exceed our expectations.
