Payment Processing Agreement

1. This Payment Processing Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter the "Purchaser”) and ‘DiziShore’.


2. Once you begin the process to buy a product, you express full consent to this Agreement and authorise the merchant/Vendor/Seller and its payment service provider to store your contact details as well as the details entered for payment like credit card information or details of any other payment method (hereinafter the "Credentials on File" or "COF") and to initiate transactions on your behalf (hereinafter "Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions") by using the Credentials of File, as indicated below, to process payments of the Purchaser.


3. This information will be exclusively used to process current and future payments according to the conditions detailed above. The use of other information that may be contained within the stored credential, such as your name and email address etc, will only be used as specified in our Privacy Policy which is available on our website.


4. Your Credentials will be used for: Online and Offline, if required, Initiated Transactions.

(a). Fixed date or interval of the transaction: monthly or annual basis payments, depending on the subscription plan chosen by the Purchaser, starting from the day of subscription.

(b) The following details in relation to this Agreement shall be included in the transaction confirmation: contact information and details of the payment system used like credit card/debit card details or any other mode of payment that has been used.


5. You will be notified of any changes to the present Agreement not less than 7 (seven) business days before such changes become effective in relation to scheduled (with fixed, regular intervals) ‘DiziShore’-Initiated COF Transactions.


6. The Agreement shall enter into force after successful authorisation (or account verification) by your card issuer and/or bank and receipt of your consent to this Agreement by the Merchant, and shall be valid until terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, of the DiziShore.com.The Purchaser may terminate this Agreement at any moment by cancelling his or her Account through their profile. They can cancel their payment through their account at DiziShore, except if they cancel it through their DiziShore.com account, they should still confirm that it has been cancelled with their bank, card issuer, or other payment platforms where they are registered. This is because their processing or action timescales may differ. We cannot direct how things function.
