Glossary of Terms used in DiziShore Policies

The following definitions apply to DiziShore.com policies for the purposes of this Agreement and all subsequent notices, policies, agreements: 


    Blog” means a section of our website with often updated commentary, event summaries, or other materials where the blog host publishes content and readers can leave comments.


    Social Media” means websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or participate in social networking.


    Us/We/Our” shall mean DiziShore.com, which is a trading name.


    You” shall mean the person or organisation visits or uses this website.


    Content” means any writings, comments, videos, audios, scripts, photos, images and any other form of file that can be stored in a computer or website.


    "Website" refers to Dizishore.com accessible from https://dizishore.com/


    "Company" refers to Rize Capital Ltd.


    "Account" means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.


    "Cookies" are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.


    Vendor” refers a person or company offering to sell their products on the website of ‘DiziShore’. 


    Merchants” refers to a person or company involved in wholesale trade.


    Products” refers as the item offered for sale. A service or an object both qualify as products. It could take on a physical, virtual, or cyber form.  Product also includes credentials or info to access products or services as well. Every product has a cost associated with it, and each one has a price.


    Natural Person” refers to an individual/ human.


    Legal Person” refers to legal entity/ legal company.


    IP rights” refers to all kinds of intellectual property rights that falls under the definition of intellectual property as provided by WIPO.


    WIPO” refers to World Intellectual Property Organisation.


    FAQs” refers to a frequently asked question.
